This charming earth brick and timber home features 3 generous sized bedrooms, each with a deliciously comfy queen sized bed.
The main bedroom, complete with a cosy ensuite bathroom, outlooks into established evergreen citrus trees mingling into the beautiful native bush.
The second bedroom, also with a large window onto a garden and forest outlook, is bordered with a seasonal grapevine & English Wisteria.
At the end of the wide castle – like hallway, a delightful sitting room with a rustic handcrafted staircase made from recycled timbers,
leads up to the spacious and cosy mezzanine loft bedroom. Here a tiny Juliette balcony offers the opportunity to view the surrounding
garden & bush from above.
The main bathroom, features a separate shower & a free standing cast iron claw foot bath
looking out into a private small courtyard garden with view over the wall to the tree tops.
In the spacious main living area guests can enjoy gathering together around the large dining table, getting cosy on the club lounge
sofa or warming themselves by the large wood fire. Choose some old fashioned fun from a range of family friendly board games,
listen to music or watch some good old DVD’s, Netflix & Wi-fi are also available.
This bespoke home offers you all the creature comforts, including a wood fire and rainwater showers.
The well equipped kitchen comes with a 6 burner gas stove top & wide oven, a large fridge & dishwasher. A good variety of utensils, baking dishes, cooking pans & a slow cooker will allow some great cook ups if guests so choose. Coffee can be freshly ground & brewed to enjoy in the garden with either a stove top espresso or plunger. A washing machine & clothes dryer are available.
Outside, a comfy daybed on the north facing patio is a divine place to sit back with a morning cup of tea, watching the light through the trees.
Out the back is a spacious undercover area with a BBQ & a number of garden dining options.
Soak up the serenity of the surrounds or soak in a rainwater bath and gaze out into the trees. However you choose to spend your time, at Terra Rosa you will find a unique self contained accommodation retreat capturing the spirit of Denmark on the South West Coast of Western Australia.

Some Things to Consider….

Strictly NO PETS are allowed as Terra Rosa Haven is an abundant habitat for much delightful native fauna (birds, kangaroos, small mammals, lizards etc)

There is a small Dam at the rear of the property that is not fenced, guests to be mindful of this and be responsible for supervising small children.

3 nights of wood is complimentary for the woodfire. (More is available by arrangement)

Internet/Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for guest use.

Mobile Phone Reception is generally good but sometimes can vary due to our heavily treed location however there is always reasonable reception on the front or back porch area. Please note that this can depend on your phone carrier.

We collect rain water and do not have scheme water available, so please conserve this precious resource.
